For curious and impact-driven student entrepreneurs.
The 10K Incubator supports innovative ideas from AUAS students and recent alumni (graduated within the last two years). We’re looking for early-stage founders committed to creating impactful, entrepreneurial solutions—especially those aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
🎓 Team Eligibility
- Open to current full-time AUAS bachelor/master students, AUAS alumni (graduated <2 years ago), and students from other higher education institutions in Amsterdam.
- Solo founders and teams (max. 5 members) are welcome; at least one must be eligible under the AUAS criteria.
💡 Your Idea
We evaluate your Application Deck on:
Innovation
- Clearly defined problem and a concrete, innovative solution (product, service, model, or process)
- Clear understanding of your target group, ideally with early validation.
- Demonstrated potential for positive impact, linked to at least one SDG.
Impact & Growth Potential
- Insight into how your target audience currently solves the problem.
- Milestones for growth within one year (to show scalability).
In-House Capability
- Relevant experience or project work that shows your team can build the solution
- List of 3 AUAS staff members who could support your development.
- Projects without in-house capabilities (e.g., dropshipping) are not eligible.
🔁 Commitment to the Program
Once accepted, 10K participants are expected to:
- Dedicate 20 weeks with minimum 8 hours/week (incl. bi-weekly sessions).
- Be proactive in seeking coaching, feedback, and peer support.
- Actively participate in all program elements (non-compliance may result in dismissal).
🚀 Startup Development Expectations
- Create a startup roadmap and meet regularly with your coach.
- Present progress at Feedback Night and Dragons’ Den.
- Build your network with peers, experts, and researchers.
- Uphold ethical values and contribute positively to society.
